The following is a small excerpt from Lesson 1 in the Wilopa™ Healing System program.
Let’s talk about taking full responsibility because this is the most important thing to really get your head around right now coming into this program. Where you are in life right now emotionally, financially, physically, mentally, this is precisely how you have designed it. You are responsible for where you are in life right now and nobody else.
What you have right now, how much money is in your bank account, the state of everything you have, it’s all you. You did that, you designed it and you’re the only person responsible for that. You are fully “At Cause” for the choice you made that have led you to where you are right now. We’ll talk more later about exactly what it means to be “At Cause”.
Coming to Grips
I know for a lot of people, this is kind of hard to come to grips with at first because sometimes you hear that and you’re like, “No. It was the government’s fault. It was this person or that person.” No, it wasn’t; it was you. You have to learn to accept that. Right here, right now.
I remember when I first realized this it hit me like a ton of bricks. I wanted to fight it too. My thought was, “It’s this other person or that other situation that was outside of my control.” But then I didn’t make any progress in life or in business until I fully accepted that it was all me. There is a difference between being “at fault” and being “at cause”. We’ll talk about that later. For now, make sure you that you get your head around accepting personal responsibility for your life as it is right now.
You Are Responsible for Your Own Results
Just like you are responsible for where you are right now, you will be responsible for the results that you get with this healing program. Some of the program might push you outside your comfort zone a little bit. And you might not like that. But don’t say, “I don’t want to do that. I want to skip that and forget about it. I’ll just dust it under the rug.” If you do that then you won’t get the results you want, and then you complain. That means that you didn’t have the courage to stand up against yourself and push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
Remember, don’t blame other things. Don’t blame other people. You’re responsible for your own life right now and you’re going to be responsible for the results you get with this program. You have to take full responsibility, 100% for everything, or this program will not work for you. The main reason is because taking full responsibility gives you full control.
I’ve observed thousands of people. And it is very obvious that those who achieve success take full responsibility for their results in life. They never blame anybody else, or complain, or play the victim. This is so important. People who are complainers and victims don’t get anything in life. You don’t want to be the victim. Don’t say it’s the government’s fault. You don’t want to say someone else is at fault. Don’t to make excuses either. You don’t want to be one of those people because those people don’t get anything. Those people are saying that life is out of their control. They’re basically in a pinball machine and whatever happens to them, it was poor me.
Taking Full Responsibility Gives You Full Control
When you’re someone who takes full responsibility for everything, you get full control over everything. Make sure that you fully come to grips with this and fully internalize this right now. Accept it because it is the most important step for creating change in this entire program.
